### 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund.

### Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging

### How to Return
1. Contact us at returns@printzex.com with your order number
2. We will send you a return shipping label
3. Pack your item securely
4. Drop off at your local post office

### Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

### Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This helps us get your correct item to you faster.

### Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Underwear or face masks (hygiene reasons)

### EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. This applies to all online purchases within the EU.
